We book a small number of exclusive events from April to October each year. Please contact us for specific date availability. 

Our venue is limited to small to medium events to preserve the sanctity of the area. We have a soft cap of 80 - 100 guests. 

Despite our exclusivity, our pricing is competitive with most venues in the Spokane area. Exact pricing is highly dependent on the specifics of your event so please contact us for a quote.
